We are 2 minutes from the seafront and the Pier. We are close to many theatres, restaurants and the Town Centre. We are only 15-20 minutes walk from Eastbourne Train Station.

Around the corner from Familylodge lie Terminus Road and Seaside Road which host a wide array of souvenir shops, sweet shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants which serve both local and international cuisine. Seaside Road is also popular for its antique and bric-à-brac shops.

We are well placed for you to explore Eastbourne and the surrounding areas of Sussex, some of whose most notable attractions are itemised elsewhere on this site.
