Familylodge Guest House (formerly known as Richmond House Hotel) offers Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a superbly central location, just a minute's walk from Eastbourne's award-winning beach. Our comfortable guest house comprises six bedrooms which are all ensuite and include single, twin and family rooms all with free internet access and our prices include a full English breakfast or buffet breakfast.

Familylodge, unlike some other B&B guesthouses in the neighbourhood, is situated on the sunny side of Elms Avenue, which is adjacent to the seafront and straight across the road from Eastbourne's pier and famous Carpet Gardens.

Having traveled widely, we have decorated Familylodge to reflect that through wall paintings, photographs and furniture, while at the same time retaining a warm homely feel.

As well as being in a prime location for access to the beach, seafront, bandstand and many forms of entertainment, Familylodge Guest House is within easy walking distance of Eastbourne town centre. Eastbourne Station is a relaxed 15-20 minutes walk away with frequent services to other cities and towns such as Lewes, Brighton, Hastings, Gatwick and London.
